Situations can cause guests to cancel their bookings. It is important to remove the booking from your calendar quickly so you can free up availability and allow another booking to come through.
You can cancel bookings on your NightsBridge App. Any changes done on the NightsBridge App are immediately live on your NightsBridge system
Open the NightsBridge App on your iPhone.
Choose the booking
- Select the date of the booking.
- Choose the booking. In this example, we want to remove the booking in Room 2.
The booking details will open.
Cancel the booking
- Tap to Cancel Booking.
- You will be asked to confirm you want to cancel the booking.
- Click Yes.
The dates and room(s) will open up and be available for booking.
