The structure includes two simple parts: a once-off setup fee to build the site, and an ongoing monthly fee to keep it running smoothly.
Paying for your initial website setup
Think of building your website like hiring a team to renovate a guest room. You need to agree on the plans and settle the initial costs before the actual work begins. Once you and the Springnest team agree on the exact details of your new website, Springnest sends you an invoice directly for the setup fee. You settle this directly with Springnest before the building process starts.
Managing your ongoing monthly fees
Once your brand-new website goes live on the internet, your regular monthly subscription begins. To keep your administration as simple as possible, we give you one system for everything. We simply add the ongoing Springnest fees to your regular NightsBridge invoice.
Aligning your payments
We make sure your new website fees match the way you already pay for your NightsBridge account. If you pay us monthly, or prefer to pay in advance, we bill your Springnest fees in the exact same way.
If your new website goes live a few months before your usual advance payment date arrives, we calculate a single lump sum to cover those initial months. This catches your account up, ensuring all your future fees align perfectly on the same date moving forward. You can sleep better at night knowing your billing runs smoothly without any extra effort on your part.
