Your Property Menu provides access to some of the more important information about your property. It hosts information like how and where guests pay, who should be contacted for what reason, and what type of access your NightsBridge users have.
Accessing your Property Menu
The Property Menu is accessed from HOME.
The selections available on your Property Menu are determined by the access rights associated to the User Group of your specific user. Users within User Groups with higher user clearance will have access to more selections.
The Property Menu groups together important and protected sections of information.
On the menu you'll have access to your:

Property & Business Info
to manage your:- property address and pin location
- business registration, VAT and company address
- contact info for the property owner, manager and account contact person.

Payment & Banking
to manage your:- guest payment options
- accepted credit cards
- payout settings - how often NightsBridge pays you whats due to you
- virtual card settings

Billing / NightsBridge Account
to view your:- NightsBridge account balance, invoices and statements
- the Terms of Use when using PayBridge

Users & Security
to manage your:- users by adding, editing and removing users
- user groups by adding, editing, removing and assigning rights
- password - changing the password
- security OTP - which email addresses and cell numbers receive security OTPs from NightsBridge
- user records in the form of an audit log

Notifications & Alerts
to manage:- who receives booking notifications
- whether NightsBridge should send scheduled emails
