How to update your bank details

The banking details for the account that receives payments from NightsBridge and guests is managed in the 'Deposit & Booking Policy' section.

Select the 'Property & Business Details' tile

From NightsBridge Home, navigate to and select the 'Property & Business Details' tile

Select the 'Banking Details' tab

Your banking details are protect by OTP verification. This ensures that the section can only be accessed by authorised individuals.

  1. Select how you wish to receive the OTP
  2. Click on the 'Generate Code' button

A pop-up message will confirm your request for the OTP.

  1. Enter the OTP received into the space provided
  2. Click on 'Go'

Update your banking details

  1. Update the information as required but completing the fields.
  2. Click on 'Save'

Information on the page will provide guidance on how to complete it.

Confirm your banking details

Updating your bank details will trigger and alert to NightsBridge, resulting in a pause on payments to your property.

This payment pause will be removed once our Financial Ops team has confirmed the details.

Send NightsBridge your bank account confirmation letter

Please send NightsBridge your bank-issued bank account confirmation letter.

  • Compose an email
    • Provide your property BBID in the email
    • Attach your bank account confirmation letter to the email

You can get your bank account confirmation letter from your nearest bank branch or download it from your banking app.
