BetterGuest is the NightsBridge guest communication partner and, as the catch phrase implies, you get to set up your communication preferences and let NightsBridge & BetterGuest take care of the rest.

Together, we deliver a guest communication system that automatically sends the correct information, to the correct guest, at the correct time. With each communication automatically updated with the relevant booking information from NightsBridge, there is very little for you to manage once you're all set up.

How it works

Once you're joined and set up,

  • BetterGuest is connected to NightsBridge and is aware of your booking calendar.
  • According to your preset schedules, BetterGuest will:
    1. apply the specific booking information from NightsBridge to a communication template for each booking.
    2. send the communication to the guest via your chosen method - email, sms and preset forms.

Some of the features

Templates

The Templates feature allows you to:

  • select and use from a bank of available templates.
  • update the existing templates to include personal touches.
  • write brand new templates in your own 'voice'.

Automations

Automations are available for various communication types and actions.

  • emails (attach PDFs, images, conditions for room types).
  • forms (fully customisable, request ID/passports, early amendment requests).
  • WhatsApps (linked to bookings).
  • SMSs.
  • Tasks.

You get to decide who receives it, how they receive it and what information to provide.

Time & Event driven automation

Both time and event driven automation is available.

  • Time driven - example: setting communication to send 2 days before arrival
  • Event driven - example: setting communication to send immediately after a booking is received

3 distinct 'flows'

The term 'flow' is given to a leg of the guest journey as tracked by BetterGuest.

With BetterGuest you can refine three separate flows to your specific needs. The flows are:

  • Booking
  • Check-in
  • Check-out

Refining reach flow would simply be placing the right automation within the right place within a flow.
