BetterGuest is a third-party system (not built into NightsBridge) that offers properties a way to set up and personalise automated communications.
These personalised automated communications can include (but are not limited to):
- sending a confirmation SMS/email
- requesting guest registration for check-in
- providing guests with more information e.g., directions or Wifi passwords
- upselling extras, promos or specials
- requesting guest reviews.
How does BetterGuest work?
- Properties will sign up for a Better Guest account before requesting to link to NightsBridge.
- Once signed up and linked to NightsBridge, properties will need to set up their guest's journey on the BetterGuest website.
- The property will need to have an idea of what they want to communicate to their guests, and when, in order to set up their guest's journey.
What are the benefits of BetterGuest?
- The reduction of time spent communicating the same messaging to their different guests through automation.
- Properties no longer have to remember which message to manually send, and when, to their guests - from the time of the guest confirming the booking to after the guest's stay.
How much is BetterGuest?
The cost for BettterGuest is based on the number of rooms the property has linked on NightsBridge.
BetterGuest will bill/invoice the client - NightsBridge is not involved in taking payment for the feature.
