How to update your Same-day and Lead Time (Minimum Advanced Stay) settings

Same-day bookings are booking made today - for arrival today. The Same-day / Lead time settings allow you to allow or restrict same-day bookings and, if you do accept them, what time on the specific day your property stops accepting same-day bookings.

Go to your 'Availability Conditions'

  • Select 'Rates & Rules' on your Main Menu.
  • Select 'Availability Conditions'

Does your property accept same-day bookings?

Update your settings

  1. To accept same-day bookings, set the toggle switch to 'Yes'.
  2. To set a cut-off time toggle the switch to 'Yes'.
  3. Enter the time and select AM or PM using the toggle switch.
    This is the latest time on the day that NightsBridge will accept a same-day booking.
  4. To update these settings on your connected Booking.com listing, set the toggle to 'Yes'.
  5. Click on the 'Save' button.

Update your settings

  • Make sure the your Same-day bookings toggle is set to 'No', if not change it to No.

Do you need more than 1 days notice?

  1. Switch the Minimum Advance Stay toggle to 'Yes'.
  2. Set the number of day prior to arrival that guests can book.
  3. Toggle and set the cut-off time if needed.
    This is the latest time on the day that NightsBridge will accept a booking.
  4. To update these settings on your connected Booking.com listing, set the toggle to 'Yes'.
  5. Click on the 'Save' button.

Save & Publish

  • Go to Setup via the Main Menu.
  • Publish your changes by clicking on the 'Publish' button.
    Confirmation will display in green.
  • Some online booking channels are not able to receive the same day restrictions set in NightsBridge.
  • Please test the restriction on your online booking channels and ask the channel to update directly if needed.
