Now you can help your guests and earn commission by doing so!
NightsBridge offers the ability to book accommodation at other properties that use NightsBridge.
This feature is available within Partner Services on the Home page.
This feature is only available to book properties in South Africa.
Where to find the service
Go to 'Partner Services'
Scroll to the Intergrations section on Home and select the 'Partner Services' tile.
Select 'Book Other Properties'.
How to book
Search for a property
- You can search by location or by the establishment name.
- After completing the required fields, click on 'Search' .
Select a property and a room type
The search result will display all available rooms & rates, for the selected dates, within the selected location or property name searched.
- Clicking on the 'View Details' button will provide more information about the property.
- Click on 'Book' to open the property's Booking Engine and make the selections.
Hover over the displayed rates to show more information.
Provide the guest information, payment details and confirm the booking
- Complete the Personal Information section using the guests information.
- Add the payment details of the guest whom the booking is for.
- Accept the terms and conditions of the property.
- Confirm your booking.
Commission and Payouts
Commission Structures
You can earn 10% commission on concluded accommodation bookings made through Concierge.
Commission Payouts
The payout is initiated on the Monday following the departure (check-out) date of the eligible booking.
The commission payout request is then submitted to the relevant department for payment to you.
The estimated processing time is between 2 - 5 business days.
Once paid to you, the commission payout will be visible in the Payment Recon with the corresponding invoice available in Channel Invoices on NightsBridge.
