You may need to split one of the rooms in a multi-room booking onto its own booking. This can happen when guests are staying for different dates or a room needs to be on a separate account.
You can do this split on the NightsBridge App. The change done on the NightsBridge App is immediately live on your NightsBridge system.
Open the NightsBridge App from your Android device.
Select the booking that you want split
- Select the date of the booking.
- Choose the booking. In this example, we want to split the booking 73668095 in Rooms 3 and 4.
Select the room you would like to split from the booking
Swipe to the left or right on the rooms to view other rooms booked.
- In this example we want to split Room 4 onto its own booking.
- Tap on the the room.
Split the booking
Tap the Split Leg option.
- You will be asked to confirm the split of this room onto a booking on its own.
- Tap YES to confirm.
The original booking will now display without the room that was just split. In this example 73668095 only has Room 3 on it as Room 4 was split off.
View the new booking which was split from the original booking
- Go back to the Calendar.
- Tap on the date and room booked.
A new booking ID has been generated for the split booking. In this example, the new booking 7420817 is in Room 4 only.
