This Tutorial will show you how to add a BridgeIT shortcut to the desktop and dock bar on your Mac computer by using any browser. Giving you quick access to your NightsBridge calendar.
Adding a shortcut to the desktop and the Dock
There are two different ways you can add a shortcut depending on how you want to display it on your Mac.
The shortcuts can be used with any browser Safari, Firefox or Chrome
Shortcut on desktop
Click and highlight the URL link in the address bar of your browser and drag it directly to the desktop.
Shortcut on the Dock bar
The location of the Dock where you can put the shortcut is on the right side of the divider otherwise the shortcut will not be added onto the Dock.
Click and highlight the URL link in the address bar of your browser and drag it directly onto your Dock. Release the shortcut in the correct location you want.
The shortcut will become a default globe.
The name for the shortcut will be the name given to it by the browser.
If you wish to change the name of the shortcut icon you will first need to add it to the desktop, rename and then drag to the Dock.
